Notes:

    Exceptionally smooth - noticeably more so than previous batches such as Vat008. Possible reasons for this improvement are:

    1.  Clarifying was accomplished in the conical fermenter.  It wasn't transferred to a carboy.

    2.  Both the fermentation and clarifying time periods were approximately one month which is considerably longer than indicated on the instruction sheet.
